Challenge
The client needed a single partner to deliver a hospitality space with multiple functions under one roof. The brief included a restaurant, bar, banquet hall, and dedicated wedding suites, along with an entrance lounge to tie the experience together. The challenge was to bring all these elements into one cohesive layout while maintaining a clear identity for each space. At the same time, the design had to reflect cultural context while meeting the practical demands of a high-use restaurant and event venue.
Approach
Using VR walkthroughs, the client was able to explore a photorealistic representation of the venue before construction began, ensuring clarity on the spatial layout and design direction. A carefully planned zoning strategy was developed to allow different experiences to coexist without disruption. This helped the client understand how different spaces would connect and function during both regular dining and large events. The focus was on creating a layout that could handle multiple experiences at the same time without overlap or disruption.
