The project required a unified environment supporting both learning and living, with a commercial block for classrooms and a residential wing for student accommodation, complete with lifestyle amenities. As a joint venture between Esyasoft (design approver) and Sapling Properties (investor), aligning two distinct stakeholders was critical. The design needed to balance aesthetics, functionality, and comfort across all spaces- from high-engagement areas like the reception and lounge to private hostel rooms and shared amenities- while ensuring complete visibility into cost allocations and work distribution.
Approach
Flipspaces developed detailed 3D visualisations for every zone- including the reception, lounge, gym, cafeteria, kitchen, and private hostel rooms- enabling stakeholders to envision the final outcome before execution. Detailed matrices were created to clearly segregate responsibilities between Flipspaces, Sapling, and the builder, providing complete cost and work visibility. Throughout execution, the client was given access to Vizclient for real-time site progress tracking, ensuring transparency and alignment at every stage.
