Kunal Sharma is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and design-tech visionary, building and scaling ventures at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and human experience. As the Founder & CEO of Flipspaces, he is redefining how spaces are discovered, designed, and delivered, transforming a fragmented industry into a seamless, tech-enabled ecosystem across India, the United States and the Middle East.
With over two decades of experience, Kunal brings a rare blend of strategic foresight and execution excellence. Under his leadership, Flipspaces has evolved into a full-stack design-tech platform, integrating discovery, design, build, and SaaS-led solutions, setting new benchmarks for speed, scalability, and predictability.
Prior to Flipspaces, he co-founded Mexus Education, one of India’s largest education enterprises, impacting over a million students across eight countries and more than 20,000 schools. He has also backed and mentored startups such as Tushky, Gloob Décor, WeddingOnClick, Axiom Education, and Aakar Knowledge Solutions.

An alumnus of IIT Bombay, Kunal is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship and innovation at industry forums and academic institutions. Beyond business, he is a creative storyteller, an amateur vocalist, theatre artist, playwright, and poet bringing a philosophical lens to leadership.

Vikaash Anand is a design-tech entrepreneur operating at the intersection of commercial real estate, design, and technology. As Co-founder of Flipspaces, he has been instrumental in building a full-stack platform redefining how commercial spaces are designed, delivered, and scaled across India and global markets. He has also been a key catalyst in building the team and shaping the culture at Flipspaces.

He leads the enterprise vertical at Flipspaces, driving large, high-value mandates, along with key functions spanning sales strategy, customer experience, and operations ensuring seamless integration of technology with design-led execution to deliver speed, efficiency, and predictability at scale.

Prior to Flipspaces, Vikaash co-founded Lets Meet Trainers and held leadership roles at Gloob Decor, leading sales and marketing for consumer design products. He began his career at Fractal Analytics and Ispat Industries, building a strong foundation in analytics and business operations.

An alumnus of IIT Bombay, Vikaash combines analytical rigor with entrepreneurial agility, with a focus on building high-performance, future-ready workspaces.

Mrinal Sharma is a design-tech innovator and product thinker redefining how physical spaces are imagined, experienced, and delivered. As Co-founder of Flipspaces, he drives the convergence of immersive technology and turnkey execution, building a platform that transforms commercial interiors into a seamless, VR-led experience.

He leads the SME vertical at Flipspaces, scaling pan-India SME operations through design-led, tech-enabled solutions. A strong advocate of “build what you can visualise,” he has led the integration of virtual reality into the design journey, enabling clients to experience their spaces before execution.

With a foundation in manufacturing and product innovation at Gloob Decor, Mrinal brings an end-to-end perspective from concept to execution. He began his career with roles at KPMG and Reliance Globalcom, shaping his approach to scaling solutions in complex business environments.

An alumnus of NMIMS (MBA Tech), he combines business acumen with creative thinking to build high-performance, future-ready spaces.

Lokesh Bathija is the Chief Technology Officer at Flipspaces, where he is helping build the company into a global technology-led platform for the design and delivery of commercial spaces. He leads the technology vision across product, platforms, and engineering, with a focus on making space design and execution more intelligent, scalable, and predictable.

A technology leader with deep experience in enterprise systems and platform architecture, Lokesh brings together the rigor of large-scale engineering with the mindset of a founder. His work spans high-performance distributed systems, microservices architecture, and agile transformation, with a strong emphasis on building technology that brings greater visibility, coordination, and predictability to complex projects.

At Flipspaces, he is helping shape an intelligence layer across the company’s systems and workflows, connecting operational and communication touchpoints so teams can make faster, better-informed decisions across the lifecycle of a project.

Before Flipspaces, Lokesh spent nearly a decade at Morgan Stanley, where he rose to Executive Director and led global technology teams across Mumbai, Bengaluru, New York, and London. He played a central role in building and modernizing critical OTC derivatives collateral platforms, including driving the transition from legacy monolithic systems to more agile, microservices-based architecture.

Earlier in his career, he worked across financial and communication technology systems, building a strong foundation in performance-sensitive software engineering and distributed architecture.

Lokesh holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
